The images show the radio counterpart of XTE J1806-246 (possibly) at the noise level, but < 0.3 mJy, (on the left) on April 3 (JD 2450936) and clearly detected at 0.8 mJy (on the right) on April 10 (JD 2450943).
The peak to peak "noise" in these images appears as light blue. Also present are some aliased artifacts from a strong source about 15' West of XTE J1806-246.
The initial X-ray detection of XTE J1806-246 was reported by Marshall et al. in IAUC 6891. The detection of the radio counter part was reported by us in IAUC 6900. A very faint, V ~ 22 star has been reported at the position of the radio source by Hynes, Roche, and Haswell (IAUC 6905).
